Action Equals Courage explores self - actualisation through repeated mantra and body movement excercises. The film explores Autistic embodiment through unsynched auto relating to the performer’s experience of feeling other, or alien before their autism dignosis. Filmed on the limestone of the Burren in Ireland the landscape offers protection, but also feels like another world or planet.
