Winter Always Turns to Spring leads the viewer through the 5,4,3,2,1 grounding excercise. This excercise helps to alliviate looped anxious thoughts but using the senses sight, touch, hearing, smell, and taste to bring the participant into connection with their body thus activating the internal sense on interoception, which is the perception of what is happening inside of the body.
